Traitability vs. ILP

Members of the International Licensing Platform can obtain licenses on Native Trait patents from each other under standard licensing conditions. 

Through this TraitAbility website, Syngenta gives full transparency on its patented Native Traits in Vegetables to the entire plant breeding industry. 

At the same time, where appropriate, Syngenta offers its licensees bilateral additional value in the form of detailed know-how or access to materials that will facilitate faster adoption of the Native Traits in the breeding programs. 

We hope that TraitAbility combined with the ILP will further enhance collaboration, allowing the Vegetable industry to deliver products capable of meeting future demands for higher quality.
